Instructions
Cut everything into small pieces, place in a large bowl, add the cheese in pieces, season with pepper and fleur de sel. Briefly boil the asparagus until firm to the bite and add it, cut into oblique pieces. Pour some olive oil and sweet vinegar or lemon juice over it. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Done.
