Mini Donuts

Ingredients

  • 260 g Flour
  • 130 g Sugar
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Sugar script pastel (Dr. Oetker)
  • Sifted powdered sugar
  • 0,25 Tl Sunflower oil

Instructions

  • For the basic dough for donuts: put flour, vanilla sugar, sunflower oil (3 tablespoons), milk, baking powder, eggs in a bowl and mix everything together to form a smooth dough.
  • Brush the waffle iron plate for mini donuts with a little oil. Always put a tablespoon of batter into the wells and bake 60 donuts one after the other. Cover with powdered sugar or garnish with sugar writing.
