Fry French fries
While the vegetables are frying, bake the French fries in a deep fryer or a saucepan with frying fat for a few minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oil, drain and season with french fries seasoning salt.
Fry the meat
At the same time, sear the meat in a pan on both sides for a few minutes. It should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Then take the meat out of the pan and cut into small pieces.

Place a large wheat tortilla on a plate or board. Brush with 1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce and 1-2 teaspoons of Schwarma sauce. Then place a few French fries in the lower third. Place lettuce and cucumber and some of the vegetable garnish on top. Then cover generously with meat. Add another teaspoon of the Schwarma sauce on top.
