Ladder with Salad Mix

Ingredients

Ladder:

  • 865 g 1 ladder / spare ribs barbecue
  • 1 arc Parchment paper

Salad mix:

  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 80 g 1 Onion peeled
  • 120 g 1 piece of snake cucumber cleaned
  • 150 g 1 Red pepper, cleaned
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • 100 g Radish
  • 50 g Greek yogurt
  • 50 g Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Medium hot mustard
  • 1 tsp Liquid honey
  • 1 tsp Light rice vinegar
  • 0,5 tsp Chili oil
  • 1 big pinch Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 1 big pinch Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Chive rolls

Serve:

  • 3 piece Kiwi slices for garnish

Instructions

Ladder:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, take the spare ribs out of the package, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook on a medium setting for about 45 minutes. Take out, cut into slices, put back on the baking sheet and bake / grill over for about 10 minutes. *) Pork cutlet ribs in barbecue marinade for grilling and baking

Salad mix:

  • Boil the egg hard, quench and dice. Peel and quarter the onion, cut into thin slices and pull apart in strips. Peel the cucumber with the garnish peeler, cut in half lengthways, core with a small spoon and cut into crescent-shaped slices. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into small diamonds. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and dice. Clean, wash, quarter and thinly slice the radishes. Made from Greek yogurt (50 g), sour cream (50 g), sunflower oil (1 tbsp), milk (1 tbsp), medium hot mustard (1 tsp), liquid honey / (1 tsp), chilli oil (½ tsp), coarse Mix sea salt from the mill (1 big pinch) and colored pepper from the mill (1 big pinch) into a salad sauce. Pour all ingredients into a bowl and stir / mix carefully.

Serve:

  • Ladder with salt mix. Garnish with a kiwi slice each, serve.
