Potato Asparagus Gratin

Ingredients

  • 12 Poles Fresh asparagus
  • 4 Size Potatoes
  • 8 Discs Boiled ham
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 250 g Cheese (various types)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  • Peel the asparagus and boil it in salted water for about 10 minutes. Peel the potatoes into thin slices and cook in the same water for 10 minutes. please keep the broth
  • Grease the casserole dish, put some of the potatoes on it, then put half of the ham on it and then the asparagus, then again ham and then potatoes
  • Mix the cream, the spices and the cooking water with the eggs and pour over the casserole.
  • Grate the cheese and pour it over the casserole
  • Bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes
