Potato Soup with Sausages

Ingredients

  • 3 piece Marrow bone
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • Leek of a spring onion
  • 1 piece Fresh carrots
  • 1 tablespoon Dried marjoram
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley
  • Parsley stalks
  • 5 piece Sausages / Bockwurst / Vienna sausages
  • 7 medium-sized Potato freshly peeled

Instructions

  • At the beginning I cooked my bone broth again in 2 hours with onions, leeks, carrots, parsley stalks, marjoram, salt and pepper. I had cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
  • I then took out the bones. In the meantime I had peeled the potatoes and cut them into small slices. They came into the broth for 20 minutes.
  • Then I mashed some of the potatoes in the soup. The others stayed as slices. Then I let the sausages cut into pieces pull off the stove on the lowest setting.
  • Finally, chopped parsley was added. Everything mixed up and seasoned again. Good Appetite.

  • Of course, I don't throw away the bones. Our dear bear Jack is still enjoying it for 3 days. One every day, smile.
