Egg Salad, Quick Style

- 12 Eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 bunch Chives
- 4 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 2 tsp Mustard hot
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt and pepper
- 3 Pinches Sugar
- 3 Splash Worcestershire sauce
Cut the hard-boiled eggs into large pieces and place in a bowl.
Mix the mustard, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar and Worcester sauce into a thick dressing, season to taste and season again if necessary. Pour the dressing over the eggs.
Let the salad steep for a few hours and garnish with chives. Serve the salad with rustic bread. Do not serve too cold.
