Ingredients

  • 600 g Milk
  • 400 g Wheat flour
  • 200 g Sparkling water
  • 25 g Margarine
  • 8 Eggs
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and let rest for 30 minutes. Heat the pan and cook the pancakes in it with a little rapeseed oil until both sides have turned color.
  • Whether sweet or savory is up to you.
