- 2 Discs Black bread
- 4 piece Eggs
- 4 Discs Black Forest ham
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Chive rings
- 1 medium sized Red pepper
- Salt and pepper
Cut the lid off the bell pepper, remove the core, wash it and cut the bell pepper horizontally into rings 1-2 cm thick. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and spread the 4 bell pepper rings in it. Beat the eggs. Let 1 egg slide into each bell pepper ring.
Season with salt and pepper. Let the eggs set for about 10 minutes. Brush the bread slices with the remaining butter (1 tablespoon) and top with 2 slices of ham. Spread the pepper and egg rings on the bread and serve sprinkled with chives.
