Ingredients

  • 500 g Floury potatoes
  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 packet Ham cubes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions

Preparation:

  • First, the potatoes are washed and cooked with the skin on for 30 minutes. Then the potatoes are halved lengthways and hollowed out with a teaspoon. The hollowed out potato mixture is poured into a bowl and mixed with creme fraiche, ham cubes, salt and pepper. Then the hollowed out potatoes are filled with it. Now all you have to do is cut the raclette cheese in half, place a slice over each potato and bake the whole thing for 25-30 minutes at 220 ° C top and bottom heat. Good Appetite!
