Ingredients

  • 500 g Spelt flour, type 1050
  • 400 ml Water
  • 80 g Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 10 g Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Malt extract
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  • Wipe all dry ingredients together, add malt extract, water and apple cider vinegar and knead everything well until the dough loosens from the edge of the bowl.
  • Line the baking pan with baking paper, smooth it out, set the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat, put the bread in the cold oven for 50-60 minutes.
