- 500 g Spelt flour, type 1050
- 400 ml Water
- 80 g Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 10 g Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Malt extract
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Wipe all dry ingredients together, add malt extract, water and apple cider vinegar and knead everything well until the dough loosens from the edge of the bowl.
