Ingredients

Yeast dough for the pizza

  • 500 g Pizza flour
  • 180 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 bag Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pinch of sugar

For covering

  • 1 packet Sieved tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Pizza seasoning
  • 1 Can Tuna
  • 2 piece Onion rings of two onions
  • 200 g Sliced salami
  • 2 piece Red and yellow pepper
  • 1 Glass Mushroom
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Cheese for the toppings

Instructions

  • Make a pizza dough from the ingredients above and let rise for an hour.
  • Cut the ingredients / topping or lay them ready in the meantime. Here I used a ready-made tomato sauce (strained tomatoes). Drain the can of tuna and the glass of mushroom in the sieve. Wash, core and thinly slice the peppers, as well as the onions.
  • Now roll out the pizza dough well and place it on a tray (I'll use my oven master from PC) and, as you can see from the pictures, cover the pizza, of course you can change ingredients or add others.
  • I have first spread the tomato paste on the dough and sprinkle with the pizza spice. Then the salami on one side and the tuna on the other. Spread the onion slices, bell pepper slices, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese on top.
  • Now bake for about 30 - 45 minutes at 180 degrees (preheat the oven) and then simply enjoy.
