Banana Cake / Banana Bread

For glaze
- 100 g Applesauce
- 2 piece Medium eggs
- 200 g Spelt flour type 630
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Or baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 100 g Sifted powdered sugar
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Remove the peel from the ripe bananas and mash them. I made the applesauce fresh, core 1/2 an apple and mix it. Mix the banana mash with the applesauce. Now add the eggs, mix everything together.
Put the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, mix with a whisk. Then add the dry ingredients to the banana, apple and egg mixture and stir to form a batter.
Place the dough in a paper-lined mold and bake at 180 in the preheated oven for about 45 - 50 minutes.
Let the cake cool and make a glaze. To do this, mix the sifted powdered sugar with a little lemon juice, first add a few drops to the powdered sugar until it can be stirred well.
