Chicory Salad

Ingredients

salad

  • 4 piece Fresh chicory
  • 300 g Canned mandarins

dressing

  • 100 g Yogurt
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Salt pepper
  • 0,5 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions

  • Clean the chicoreè, cut in half lengthways and cut out the stalk in a cone shape. Then cut into thin strips.
  • Mix the yoghurt, crème faìche, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Drain the mandarins and mix with the chicory.
  • Add the design to the salad and add a little sugar to taste.
