- 4 piece Fresh chicory
- 300 g Canned mandarins
dressing
- 100 g Yogurt
- 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt pepper
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
Clean the chicoreè, cut in half lengthways and cut out the stalk in a cone shape. Then cut into thin strips.
Mix the yoghurt, crème faìche, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Drain the mandarins and mix with the chicory.
Add the design to the salad and add a little sugar to taste.
