Spinach and Minced Meat Sauce

- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 450 g Frozen creamed spinach
- 400 g Minced meat
- 100 ml Milk or cream
- Salt pepper
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 2 slices Processed cheese
Depending on how much sauce you want, add milk or cream. Pluck in the cheese and let it melt. Boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, vegetable stock powder and then serve with pasta or rice. Those who like it even more spicy can z. B. stir in chilli flakes.
