  • 80 Sugar
  • 130 Flour
  • 1,5 Baking powder
  • 20 Melted butter
  • 60 Sliced ​​almonds
  • 15 Sifted powdered sugar
  • 600 Whipped cream
  • 1 Paradise cream vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix the eggs and sugar for 8 minutes with a mixer or food processor. Sieve the flour and baking powder and add to the sponge cake mixture. Grease and flour the springform pan. Pour in the batter.
  • Spread the melted butter evenly over the base with a spoon. Mix the almond flakes and powdered sugar and sprinkle on top. The cake is baked at 160 ° C for 30-35 minutes.
  • When the biscuit has cooled down, cut it once. Place the cake ring around the bee sting. Whip the cream and then add the paradise cream, spread on the lower base and put on the lid. Remove the cake ring and serve.
