- 700 g 2 kohlrabi 870 g / ihlutshiwe / icociwe
- 1 tsp ityuwa
- 1,5 tbsp ibhotolo
- 1,5 tbsp Umfula
- 300 ml Ikhaphetshu amanzi abilayo
- 3 iipitshi ezinkulu Ityuwa yolwandle erhabaxa ephuma kwindawo yokusila
- 3 iipitshi ezinkulu Ipepile enemibala evela kwilitye
- 2 iipitshi ezinkulu I-nutmeg entsha egayiweyo
- 1 tsp iswekile
- 1 tsp Umhluzi wemifuno ngokukhawuleza
- 2 iipitshi ezinkulu I-Chilli flakes
- 150 ml Cream
