- 3 Qhekeza amaqanda
- 1,5 tbsp ibhotolo

- 200 g Isalmon yokutshaya

- 1 tsp I-turmeric yomhlaba
- 1 tsp Imbewu yecaraway epheleleyo

- Ubilise amaqanda ngokukhawuleza ngaphambi kokukhonza, hlambulula, uhlambulule kwaye usike kwisiqingatha. Fudumeza ibhotolo (1.5 tbsp) epanini, ufefe ngomgubo (1.5 tbsp), ugxobhoze ngokukhawuleza nge-whisk (utshise!)
