Bratwurst:
- 200 g Iisoseji ezili-2
- 2 tbsp Ioli yelanga
I-sauerkraut enentliziyo:
- 400 g 1 iglasi ye-sauerkraut
- 60 g 1 Itswele
- 60 g ½ iapile elixotshiweyo
- 2 tbsp Ioli yelanga
- 1 tsp iswekile
- 200 ml Ibhiya elula (apha Budweiser!)
- 1 tsp Imostade eshushu ephakathi
- 3 iipitshi ezinkulu Ityuwa yolwandle erhabaxa ephuma kwindawo yokusila
- 3 iipitshi ezinkulu Ipepile enemibala evela kwilitye
- 3 iipitshi ezinkulu I-caraway ephantsi
- 3 tsp Iviniga yerayisi elula
- 3 tbsp isosi yetshili emnandi
- 3 tbsp Ucwambu eqhuqhiwe
Izihlandlo ezithathu:
- 350 g Iifatata (ezithathu) / iziqwenga eziyi-14
- 1 tsp ityuwa
- 1 tsp I-turmeric yomhlaba
- 1 tsp Imbewu yecaraway epheleleyo

- 2 Isiqu Parsley
- 2 * ½ iitumato ezincinci

- Gcoba iisoseji, usike kwisiqingatha kwaye uqhotse kancinci macala onke epanini ngeoli yejongilanga.
I-sauerkraut enentliziyo:
- I-anyanisi i-peel kwaye inqunyulwe kakuhle. I-Peel kunye nesiqingatha se-apula, susa i-core kunye nedayisi. Ukushisa ioli ye-sunflower (i-2 tablespoons) epanini, yongeza ushukela (i-1 teaspoon) kwaye uyivumele i-caramelize kancane. Yongeza iityhubhu zetswele kunye neetyhubhu zeapile kwaye ubile nazo. Yongeza i-sauerkraut, gaqa ngokufutshane, deglaze / ugalele ibhiya (200 ml) kwaye ufefe ngemostade eshushu ephakathi (i-1 ithisipuni), ityuwa yolwandle erhabaxa kwi-mill (iipunitshi ezi-3), ipepile enemibala evela kwisisila (iipunitshi ezi-3 ezinkulu). Imbewu yecaraway Ixesha kunye nomhlaba (iipunitshi ezi-3 ezinkulu), iviniga ekhanyayo yerayisi (iitispuni ezi-3), isosi yetshilisi eswiti (izipuni ezi-3) kunye nekhrimu enqunqulwayo (izipuni ezi-3). Vumela yonke into ibambe malunga nemizuzu engama-25-30 de ulwelo luphantse lubile. Isilumkiso: Lumka, kuba inokutsha ngokulula.
Izihlandlo ezithathu:
