- I-Peel, i-core kunye ne-dice ithanga. Sika i-anyanisi kakuhle. Dice amakhowa.
- Gcoba irayisi kunye ne-anyanisi kwioli yeoli encinci, yongeza ithanga kunye nama-mushroom. Kancinci uthele umhluzi oshushu (!!) ngelixa uvuselela rhoqo kwaye uvumele ukuba udumbe kubushushu obuphantsi.
- Xa umhluzi ufakwe ngokupheleleyo, gxobhoza ibhotela ye-almond kunye ne-yeast flakes.
- Gcoba imbewu yethanga epanini. Beka i-risotto kwisitya, ugcobe ngeoli ye-pumpkin kwaye ufefe imbewu.
