- 1 tsp I-Bio lemon zest
Iziqholo:
- Ityuwa yolwandle ukusuka kwilitye
- Ipelepele emnyama
- 1 songe Ipepile ye-espelette
- 1 tsp I-Italian spice mix
- 1 tsp I-paprika emnandi
Ukucokisa:
- 2 tbsp I-Crème fraîche kunye nemifuno
- 2 tbsp Imifuno efriziwe yaseProvence
- 1 tsp Ulwelo lobusi
Kwipuree:
- 1 kg Iipatata
- 125 ml Umhluzi wemifuno ushushu
- 125 ml Ubisi olushushu
- 0,5 I-anyanisi ebomvu
- 1 amancinane Itswele

- 4 tsp ibhotolo
- 2 tsp Irosemary esandula ukunqunyulwa
- 6 Utamatisi omisiwe kwioli, uphekwe kwaye unqunyulwe kakuhle

- Ityuwa yolwandle ukusuka kwilitye
- Ipelepele emnyama
Ukuvuyisa:
- 60 g Iparmesan ushizi
