- 2 tsp Cardamom

- 100 ml Cream
- 350 g I-Indian cream cheese panneer
Inkukhu Tikka
- 1 kg Ifillet yenkukhu yenkukhu
- 500 g Iyogathi yendalo
- 4 tbsp Tandoori spice
- 2 tsp Chili umgubo
- 2 tsp Umgubo wekhari
- 1 tbsp Intlama yegalikhi
- 1 songe ityuwa
Irayisi ethosiweyo
- 300 g I-Basmati irayisi
- 2 songe Umgubo wesafron
- 2 tbsp Ioli yePeanut
- 100 g Iifama
- 2 tsp Umgubo wekhari
- 1 songe ityuwa
Mint iyogathi
- 300 g Iyogathi yendalo
- 1 iqela I-Mint entsha
- 0,5 Ilamuni

Ibhotolo Panneer Masala
- Nyibilikisa ibhotela kunye neoli epanini elinzulu, elingagxiliyo, gaya i-ginger kunye ne-garlic paste, kunye ne-anyanisi eqoshiwe. Yongeza i-chili powder kunye neetumato ezidayiweyo kunye namantongomane acoliweyo e-cashew. Yiyeke ibile malunga nemizuzu engama-20.
- Xuba umxube kunye ne-blender yesandla uze uyihluze nge-sieve. Gxuma iziqholo kunye neetamatato kwaye uvumele ukumisa enye imizuzu engama-30 kwiqondo lokushisa eliphakathi kunye nesivalo esivaliweyo. Yongeza ukhilimu. Yenza i-dice i-Panneer, yongeze kwaye ubilise ubuncinane enye imizuzu engama-20.
Inkukhu Tikka
- Hlanganisa i-yogurt kunye neziqholo kwisitya.
- Sika i-chicken breast fillet ibe ngamaqhezu amakhulu, xuba kunye nomxube we-yogurt kwisitya kwaye ushiye ukuhamba nge-marinate efrijini ubuncinane iiyure eziyi-8.
- Emva koko faka iinqununu ze-fillet kwi-skewers kunye ne-grill kwiqondo lokushisa eliphakathi. Gxuma ngejusi yelamuni kwaye usebenze nge-mint yoghurt ngaphambi kokukhonza.

- Pheka irayisi ngesafron ngokwemiyalelo kunye nefriji, ngokukhethekileyo ubusuku bonke. Ixesha lelayisi ngetyuwa kunye ne-curry kunye ne-fry kwi-peanut oil kwi-pan kunye nee-peas.
Mint iyogathi
- Xuba i-yoghurt kunye namagqabi aqoshiwe, amatsha e-mint kunye ne-lemon zest, i-pinch yetyuwa kunye neswekile kwaye uvumele ukuba ihambe kwifriji ubuncinane iyure.
