Isuphu ye-boletus emuncu:
- Coca / ukuxubha amakhowa amatye kwaye unqumle amaqhekeza amancinci. I-Peel kwaye udayize itswele. I-peel kunye ne-dice i-clove yegalikhi. Ukushisa ibhotela (i-2 tbsp) epanini, gazinga ii-cubes ze-anyanisi kunye ne-cubes ye-clove yegalikhi kuyo, yongeza ama-mushroom e-porcini kwaye uqhotse ngokufutshane. Deglaze / uthele umhluzi wenkukhu (i-1 ilitha / i-4 ithispoon umhluzi okhawulezayo). Vumela yonke into ibile / ibilise kwiqondo lobushushu eliphantsi malunga ne-approx. Ekugqibeleni songa i-parsley eqoshiwe (½ indebe).
Isihluzi esineziqholo:
- Coca kwaye udayisi ama-mushroom e-porcini. Fudumeza ibhotolo (i-1 tbsp) kunye neoli yejongilanga (i-1 tbsp) epanini, yongeza i-ham edibeneyo kwaye emva koko iityhubhu ze-mushroom ze-cep, ziqhotse yonke into ngamandla / i-stil-fry kwaye igxobhoze kwisuphu ye-mushroom ekhrim.
