- Yipheke irayisi ngokwendlela yerayisi yasentlakohlaza (jonga iresiphi yam: Ukupheka irayisi) ku-350 ml yamanzi anetyuwa (itispuni enye) malunga nemizuzu engama-1 kwaye uphole kakuhle. Galela i-oyile (i-1 tbsp) kwi-wok kwaye ugxume-uqhotse iityhubhu zetswele, i-cubes ye-garlic, iityhubhu zejinja kunye ne-chilli pepper cubes ngamandla. Songa irayisi kwaye ugxobhoze ngamandla kunye nexesha kunye ne-soy sauce emnandi (i-2 tablespoon), i-soy sauce elula (i-tablespoon e-2), ityuwa yolwandle (iipunitshi ezi-1 ezinkulu) kunye nepepper enemibala (iipunitshi ezi-1 ezinkulu), ukutshisa ngokufutshane yonke into kwaye usebenze.
