- 1 songe Intyatyambo yetyuwa

- I-peel kunye ne-core papaya kwaye uyinqumle ibe yimichilo emihle. Xuba zonke ezinye izithako kwisitya ukuze wenze isinxibo. Galela i-papaya kwaye uvumele ukuba ihambe malunga neyure.
Tandoori sauce
- I-tandoori moulade yenziwe ngokuxuba i-mayonnaise kunye ne-puree yezambane. I-taste ijikelezwe ngokongezwa kwe-clove yegalikhi kunye nejisi lemon. Ixesha kunye ne-tandoori powder njengoko kufuneka.
Iifillet zeEmu
- Khangela i-emu fillet kwaye emva koko uyincwele kwi-myrtle yelamuni, i-fleur de sel kunye nepepile. Emva koko upheke ehovini kwi-68 degrees kwiiyure ezingama-2.5 (indlela yokupheka ephantsi). Ekugqibeleni, cwangcisa yonke into kakuhle.
