Izithako
Inyama ye-Hip:
- 300 g 2 i-hip steaks
- 4 tbsp Ioli yePeanut

Amakhowa e-porcini aqhotsiweyo:
- 100 g Amakhowa amatsha e-porcini anqunyulwe
- 2 tbsp ibhotolo
- 2 iipitshi ezinkulu Ityuwa yolwandle erhabaxa ephuma kwindawo yokusila
- 2 iipitshi ezinkulu Ipepile enemibala evela kwilitye
- 0,5 tsp Ankerkraut mushroom pan *)
Imifuno ye-leek:
- 1 ipolisi Vuza
- 1 tbsp ibhotolo
- 2 iipitshi ezinkulu Ityuwa yolwandle erhabaxa ephuma kwindawo yokusila
- 2 iipitshi ezinkulu Ipepile enemibala evela kwilitye
- 50 ml Cream
Izihlandlo ezithathu:
- 200 g Iitapile ezintathu (ezincinci, iitapile ezine-waxy / iziqwenga ezili-6)
- 1 tsp ityuwa
- 1 tsp I-turmeric yomhlaba
- 1 tsp Imbewu yecaraway epheleleyo

Inyama ye-Hip:
- Vumela ioli ye-peanut (i-4 tablespoons) ishushu epanini, gazinga i-hip steaks ngamandla kumacala omabini kwi-2 - 3 imizuzu, susa kwaye ubophe kwi-aluminium foil uze usebenze kwaye uhlale ushushu. Ukukhonza, ixesha kunye netyuwa yolwandle olunqabileyo olusuka kwi-mill (2 iipunitshi ezinkulu) kunye nepepper enemibala evela kwi-mill (2 iipunitshi ezinkulu)

- Coca kwaye uhlambe i-leek kwaye usike amakhonkco amahle. Fudumeza ibhotolo epanini, gaya amakhonkco e-leek kuyo / ugxobhoze-gazinga, ugalele ukhilimu (deglaze) kunye nexesha ngetyuwa yolwandle erhabaxa kwilitye lokusila (iipunitshi ezi-2 ezinkulu) kunye nepepile enemibala ephuma kwisisila (iipunitshi ezi-2 ezinkulu) .
Izihlandlo ezithathu:
- I-Peel kwaye uhlambe iitapile, upheke emanzini anetyuwa (1 ithisipuni yetyuwa) kunye nomhlaba we-turmeric (1 ithisipuni) kunye nembewu ye-caraway yonke (i-1 itispuni) malunga nemizuzu engama-20 kwaye ikhuphe.

- Ncedisa i-hip steak kunye nama-mushroom e-porcini athosiweyo, imifuno ye-salmon kunye ne-triplelets, ehlotshiswe ngeparsley. Khonza ngebhotolo yemifuno.
