- I-anyanisi i-peel kwaye inqunyulwe kakuhle. I-peel igalikhi kwaye uyicinezele kwi-press ye-garlic. Coca, uhlambe kwaye unqumle iitumato. Phatha i-fillet yenkukhu yomile kwaye uyinqumle kwii cubes.

- Hlela isipinatshi, hlamba kwaye uvuthulule. Yongeza isipinatshi kwinkukhu kwaye uyiyeke idilike. Ixesha lokunambitha ngetyuwa kunye nepepper.
- Khonza ikheri yenkukhu kunye nerayisi ye-basmati okanye isonka se-naan.
