Iibhola zenyama:
- 400 g Inyama egayiweyo edibeneyo
- 1 Itswele malunga. 50 g
- 2 Iziciko zegalikhi
- 1 YeNdebe Maggikraut (TK. "Kwigadi yakho"!)

- 4 tbsp Iintyikrakra
- 1 tsp I-paprika emnandi
- 3 iipitshi ezinkulu Ityuwa yolwandle erhabaxa ephuma kwindawo yokusila
- 3 iipitshi ezinkulu Ipepile enemibala evela kwilitye
- 4 tbsp Ioli yelanga
I-Bell pepper kunye nemifuno ye-tomato:
- 2 Ipepile yentsimbi etyheli malunga. 400 g
- 2 Red bell pepper malunga. 400 g
- 1 Itswele malunga. 50 g
- 1 Ngaba Iitumato ezixotshiweyo (zinobunzima obungama-480 g!)
- 100 ml Amanzi (ukuhlamba inkonkxa!)
- 1 tsp I-paprika emnandi
- 4 iipitshi ezinkulu Ityuwa yolwandle erhabaxa ephuma kwindawo yokusila
- 4 iipitshi ezinkulu Ipepile enemibala evela kwilitye
Irayisi ye-almond ye-Basmati:
- 175 g I-Basmati irayisi
- 0,5 tsp ityuwa
- 5 tbsp Iialmond ezisikiweyo
