- Gcoba i-anyanisi (ngokucokisekileyo) kwioli eninzi. Yongeza igalikhi (inqunyulwe ngokucokisekileyo), i-anyanisi entwasahlobo (inqunyulwe ngokucokisekileyo) kunye nepepper eqoshiwe. Yongeza i-tomato intlama kwaye uyivumele igwele ngokufutshane. Emva koko ufefe i-paprika emnandi kunye neshushu. Yongeza i-2 tablespoons yamanzi, uze uqhotse i-goulash.
