- 1 ilethasa yamaroma
- 0,5 Intloko yelettuce yomkhenkce
- 150 ml Umhluzi wemifuno
- 0,5 tsp Ityuwa enongwe
- 0,5 tsp Ipepile yegalikhi
- 0,5 tsp Isiqholo seHerbaria "Isaladi kaKesare" Jonga umfanekiso!
- 0,5 tsp Iinkozo zeparadesi
- 2 tbsp Lwesardard
- I-nutmeg entsha egayiweyo
- 1 tbsp Ijusi yelamuni esandula ukuculwa
- 1 Splash Isiraphu yegava
- 1 Splash iviniga
- 2 tbsp Ioyile ekhutshiwe
- 1 I-clove yegalikhi icinezelwe
imiyalelo
- Susa iziphelo zekhukhamba, hlambulula amabala angabonakaliyo kunye ne-peeler, unqumle ubude besiqingatha kwaye ususe undoqo. Ukuhlamba. Isilayi. I-peel kunye ne-grate iminqathe. Intloko ye-pepper :-), susa ingundoqo, uhlambe kwaye unqumle amakhonkco.
- I-anyanisi ye-peel, yinqumle kwisiqingatha kwaye uyinqumle. Khupha kwaye uhlambe iimbotyi zezintso kunye nombona. Beka yonke imifuno elungiselelwe kwisitya. Nikani yonke into omnye komnye!
- Coca kwaye ukha i-lettuce ye-iceberg. Sika i-lettuce ye-romanesque kwisiqwenga esinye sibe yimicu ukuya kwingcambu kwaye uhlambe kwakhona. Yomisa kwi-salad spinner.
- Ukugqoka isaladi, faka zonke izithako ezingentla apha ngaphandle kweoli kwi-shaker, umzekelo, kwaye ugubungele kakuhle. Ekugqibeleni yongeza ioli!
- Emva koko yongeza isaladi yokugqoka kwimifuno elungiselelwe kwisitya! Mhlawumbi isizini kwakhona!
- Ukusabalalisa i-lettuce eluhlaza ngaphandle kokugqoka isaladi kwiiplate kwaye usasaze enye isaladi egqokeyo kunye nesaladi yokugqoka phezulu!
