imiyalelo
- Okokuqala xuba ibhotolo ethambileyo kakuhle kunye ne-dill eqoshiwe kunye ne-tarragon. Ixesha ngetyuwa kunye nepepper, xuba kakuhle kwakhona. Gquba kwifoyile ye-aluminium (njengelekese). Faka kwiqhwa kwisiqingatha seyure. Kukho into eseleyo, kodwa andiqondi ukuba kukho umntu odanileyo :-)))
- Geza inyama kwaye uyomise nge-napkin yasekhitshini. Ipepile kuphela, akukho tyuwa, nceda.
- Ukutshisa i-oven ukuya kuma-80 °. Faka itreyi ezantsi kuba inyama iya kuthontsiza kamva.

- Ixesha lemifuno ngetyuwa, i-chilli kunye nepepper, emva koko i-paprika. Deglaze ngekomityi yamanzi kwaye unciphise i-sauce malunga nemizuzu engama-20. Emva koko uthele i-sauce nge-sieve kwenye ipani. Yongeza i-Dijon lwesinaphi kunye ne-balsamic cream, ugxobhoze ngamandla nge-whisk kwaye unciphise enye imizuzu emi-5.
