- 100 g טונקעלע טשאקאלאד
- 150 g פּוטער
- 4 עגגס
- 150 g צוקער
- 200 g נאַטירלעך יאָגהורט
- 200 g מעל
- 1 פּאַקאַט באַקינג פּודער
- 100 g קראַנבערריעס

- Melt the chocolate with the butter over the water bath - remove from the stove and let cool down a little.
- Mix the eggs with the sugar until frothy, mix the flour and the baking powder and sift over the egg-sugar mixture - stir everything until smooth.
- Add the chocolate with the yoghurt to the mixture and stir into the mixture.
- Roll the cranberries in a little flour so that they don't fall down into the dough, and add them to the dough.
- Put the mass in a silicone mold or other mold and place in the 180c. warm oven approx. Bake for 45 minutes - make a chopstick test.
- Remove the cake, let it cool down a little and then remove it from the mold.
- Decorate the cake according to your wishes and enjoy a cup of coffee - Bon appetit; 🙂
