- 200 ml שטאַרק עספּרעסאָ קאַלט
- 4 טבספּ Xuxu
פֿאַר די קרעם
- 500 g מאַסקאַרפּאָנע
- 300 ml קרעם
- 1 פּאַקאַט גן עדן קרעם וואַניל טאַם
- 1 צפּ Lemon, grated zest
- 3 טבספּ עקסטרע פייַן צוקער
- 4 טבספּ Xuxu

- 200 g לאַדיפינגערס
- 500 g פריש סטראָבעריז
- 2 טבספּ קאַקאַאָ פּודער

- Line the bottom of a baking dish with ladyfingers
צו ווייקן
- Mix the espresso and xuxu and drizzle the ladyfingers with half of the liquid.
פֿאַר די קרעם
- In a bowl, stir the mascarpone, lemon zest, xuxu and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth. Whip the cream with the Paradiscreme powder until stiff and fold into the mascarpone masses.
- Cut the strawberries into slices, leave some whole ... for decoration
- Spread 1 / 4 of the mascarpone cream on the drizzled ladyfingers, cover with strawberry slices, smooth 1/4 more cream on top, place the remaining ladyfingers on top, drizzle and repeat the process with cream and strawberries. Finish with a layer of cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder . Decorate with strawberries. Chill for at least 90 minutes
- Either put the form with the tiramisu on the table or arrange it on plates and decorate with the leftover strawberry slices ...
Addendum on May 15, 2015
- Since we didn't manage the whole tiramisu with 3 people yesterday, we drank coffee with it today. Tastes even better today than yesterday. Hence my tip: it is best to prepare the stuff the day before 😀
