- 1 PC. Mango
- 150 g Wara
- 5 g Chia awọn irugbin
- 2 tsp Oyin tabi omi ṣuga oyinbo agave
- 1 tsp Epo epo
- 1 tbsp Fruit linseed
- 1 tbsp Fine oat flakes

- Mix all ingredients together except the mango and let soak briefly. Depending on your preference, you can of course use more or less of one or the other ingredient. Peel and dice the mango. Place on top of the yoghurt and serve.
- Also looks nice when you alternate layers of mango and yogurt in a glass.
