  • Finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry the minced meat until crumbly, add the onion and garlic, fry briefly and season everything with salt and pepper. Remove from heat, stir in cream cheese and cheese. You can also mix in herbs if you like.
  • Remove the pumpkin from the microwave and fill it with the minced meat mixture. Heat the stuffed pumpkin in the microwave again for 2-3 minutes. Put the pumpkin on a plate and just spoon out the minced meat with the pumpkin meat.
