Ingredients

Yoghurt bomb

  • 500 g Homemade yogurt
  • 125 g Finest sugar
  • 1 bag Vanilla sugar
  • Lemon flavor
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 250 g Berries mixed frozen

Instructions

Previous day

  • Take a mixing bowl and add the homemade yogurt there. Add the finest sugar, vanilla sugar & lemon flavor. Mix everything with a spoon. Pour the cream into a tall container and use a hand mixer to whip the cream until stiff.
  • Then fold in / stir with the spoon. Now take another bowl and place a sieve on top. Line this with a cheesecloth. Pour in the stirred yoghurt, smooth it out and close with the cheesecloth. Now you put the whole thing in the fridge and let it drain as long as you need it.

Next day

  • During the day, put half of the berry mixture in a small bowl and let it thaw. Take away a few of them as they are used for decoration. Now take a cake stand and put the drained yoghurt on it / turn it over and carefully remove the cheesecloth.
  • Take the few berries and place them on top of the yogurt bomb. Put the remaining thawed berries in a tall container and puree with a magic wand. Pour some of this over the yogurt bomb and pour it drop by drop around the cake stand.
  • Pour the leftover into a small jug and serve with it if necessary.
