- 1000 g 2 cups of yoghurt à 500 g
- 235 g 1 glass of Amarena cherries / filling weight 460 g / drained weight
- 1 bag Amarettini
- 6 piece Mint leaf tips
- 6 piece Goblets
- First fill the Amarena cherries with liquid into the goblet glasses. Pour the yoghurt on top and refrigerate the glasses until serving. Serve topped with amarrettini (5 pieces each) and a mint leaf.
