Ingredients
- 125 large Young spinach
- 250 large Minced meat, lamb or beef
- 1 Onion
- 400 ml Water
- 4 tbsp Rice for rice pudding
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Paprika pulp, hot
Instructions
- Wash the spinach, peel and finely dice the onion.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onion in it until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly.
- Add the tomato and pepper pulp to the minced meat and fry for about 2 minutes. Deglaze with the water. Switch to the lowest level.
- Add spinach and close the lid for about two minutes. Then stir and add the rice. Cook with the lid closed until the rice is soft. Stir occasionally. Possibly add a little more water. Season with salt and pepper, done.
