Young Spinach with Minced Meat

Ingredients
 

  • 125 large Young spinach
  • 250 large Minced meat, lamb or beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 400 ml Water
  • 4 tbsp Rice for rice pudding
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Paprika pulp, hot

Instructions
 

  • Wash the spinach, peel and finely dice the onion.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onion in it until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly.
  • Add the tomato and pepper pulp to the minced meat and fry for about 2 minutes. Deglaze with the water. Switch to the lowest level.
  • Add spinach and close the lid for about two minutes. Then stir and add the rice. Cook with the lid closed until the rice is soft. Stir occasionally. Possibly add a little more water. Season with salt and pepper, done.
