- 50 ml I-Rama Cremefine

- Vumela i-beluga lentils emanzini imizuzu engaba ngu-20-30 (ikhulula imibala emanzini uma ibilisiwe). Yenza izivivinyo zokupheka, ngoba lapho ama-lentile esha, azopheka ngokushesha. Thela ama-lentile ku-colander bese uwakhipha. Bese ubuyela ku-drip bese wengeza isipuni esingu-1 sebhotela.
