Okwesobho:
- 1 ikhanda I-broccoli
- 500 ml Umhluzi wemifino
- 200 g Ushizi we-herb ocutshunguliwe
- 100 g Gorgonzola noma Roquefort
- Usawoti, pepper omnyama, nutmeg
- 200 g I-salmon egayiwe egayiwe
- 1 cup I-Creme fraiche Ushizi
- 2 tbsp I-Cream horseradish
- 0,5 Bunch Dill
- 1 I-baguette ka-anyanisi

- 1. Susa amaqabunga ku-broccoli bese usika ikhanda libe yizimbali ezincane. Uma kungenzeka, hlambulula izingxenye zesiqu ezingaqinile futhi usike ama-cubes amancane. 2. Bilisa isitokwe semifino epanini elikhulu. Engeza i-broccoli bese ubilisa imizuzu emi-5. Bese uthatha i-ladle yezimbali ezincane, hlambulula ngamanzi abandayo bese ubeka eceleni. Pheka imifino esele eminye imizuzu eyi-15 ize ithambe. 3. Phakathi naleso sikhathi, usike ushizi ube ama-cubes. Faka ushizi ocutshunguliwe kanye ne-Gorgonzola noma i-Roquefort ku-broccoli futhi uhlanze isobho kahle nge-blender yesandla. Isizini kahle ngosawoti, pepper omnyama kanye ne-nutmeg. (Yiba nesibindi;)!) Bese ufudumeza ngokucophelela futhi. 4. Sika i-salmon ebhemayo ibe izingcezu ezilumayo. Hlanganisa i-crème fraîche ne-cream horseradish ndawonye. Sika i-dill kahle futhi usike i-baguette ibe yizicucu. 5. Thela isobho emapuletini noma ezitsheni zesobho bese uhlobisa ngezimbali ze-broccoli, i-salmon ebhemayo kanye ne-horseradish crème fraîche. Fafaza i-dill eqoshwe kahle phezulu bese ukhonza ne-baguette. Jabulela ukudla! 🙂
