- 300 g I-Basmati irayisi
- 2 phina I-Saffron powder

- 300 g I-yoghurt yemvelo
- 1 Bunch I-Mint fresh
- 0,5 Ilamuna
Imiyalelo
I-Butter Panner Masala
- Ncibilikisa ibhotela namafutha epanini elijulile, elinganamathiki, gaya i-ginger ne-garlic unamathise, kanye no-anyanisi oqoshiwe. Faka i-chili powder notamatisi osikiwe kanye namantongomane e-cashew aqoshwe kahle. Vumela imizuzu engaba ngu-20.
- Hlanganisa ingxube nge-blender yesandla bese uyihlunga ngesihlungo. Faka izinongo notamatisi bese uvumela ukuthi ubilise eminye imizuzu engu-30 ekushiseni okuphakathi nesivalo sivaliwe. Faka ukhilimu. Sika i-Panneer, yengeze bese ubilisa okungenani eminye imizuzu engu-20.

- Hlanganisa iyogathi nezinongo endishini.
- Sika i-chicken breast fillet ibe yizicucu ezinkulu, xuba nengxube ye-yogurt endishini bese ushiya ukuze uhambise esiqandisini okungenani amahora angu-8.
- Bese ubeka izingcezu ze-fillet ku-skewers kanye ne-grill ekushiseni okuphakathi. Gcoba ngejusi kalamula bese uphake nge-mint yoghurt ngaphambi kokuphakela.
