- 350 g Amakhowe amasha we-porcini (lapha: uziqoqe!)
- 100 g 1 Anyanisi
- 2 Ucezu Ama-clove ka-Garlic
- 2 tbsp Ibhotela
- 1 ilitha Umhluzi wenkukhu (4 amathisipuni umhluzi osheshayo)
- 1 izinkomishi Ukupheka ukhilimu 200 ml
- 2 tbsp I-Crème fraîche enamakhambi asengadini
- 1 i-tsp I-thyme ehlutshiwe
- 4 izimpintshi ezinkulu Usawoti wasolwandle omahhadlazelayo ophuma emshinini wokugaya
- 4 izimpintshi ezinkulu Upelepele onemibala ophuma egayweni
- 0,5 Cup I-parsley eqoshiwe
I-Spicy filler:
- 75 g Ama-cubes ama-ham
- 200 g i-boletus
- 1 tbsp Ibhotela
- 1 tbsp Uwoyela wejongilanga

Isobho le-boletus elinokhilimu:
- Hlanza / xubha amakhowe amatshe futhi uthathe izingcezu ezincane. Hlanza bese usika u-anyanisi. Hlanza futhi uhlukanise kahle ama-clove kagalikhi. Shisisa ibhotela (2 tbsp) epanini, gazinga ama-cubes ka-anyanisi nama-cubes kagalikhi kuwo, engeza amakhowe we-porcini bese uwathosa kafushane futhi. Deglaze / uthele umhluzi wenkukhu (1 litre / 4 amathisipuni umhluzi osheshayo). Vumela yonke into ibile / ubilise ezingeni lokushisa eliphansi cishe. Imizuzu engu-10-12 bese uyihlanza ngokucophelela nge-blender yesandla. Engeza/goqa ukhilimu wokupheka (1 inkomishi / 200 g) kanye ne-crème fraîche ngamakhambi asengadini (2 tbsp). Isizini nge-thyme ehlikihliwe (ithisipuni elingu-1), usawoti wasolwandle omahhadla osuka egayweni (izincezu ezinkulu ezi-4) kanye nopelepele onemibala ophuma egayweni (izincezu ezinkulu ezi-4). Ekugcineni faka i-parsley eqoshiwe (½ inkomishi).
I-Spicy filler:
- Hlanza futhi usike amakhowe we-porcini. Shisisa ibhotela (i-tbsp engu-1) namafutha kabhekilanga (i-tbsp engu-1) epanini, engeza i-ham eqoshiwe bese ama-cubes amakhowe e-cep, gazinga yonke into ngamandla / gazinga-gazinga bese ugoqa esobho se-mushroom e-creamy.
Khonza:
- Khonza isobho lekhowe le-porcini elinokhilimu elihlotshiswe nge-parsley.
