Isisu esiphundu, esicwebezelayo:
- 1 kg Isisu sengulube selashwe ngoqweqwe
- 3 Amaqabunga eBay
- 4 Amakhefu
- 4 Izinhlamvu ze-Allspice
- 4 Amajikijolo wejuniper
- 1 i-tsp Ama-Peppercorns
- 1 i-tsp Salt
- 2 Anyanisi
- 1 I-garlic pepper
- 1 Salt
- 2 tbsp Namathisela utamatisi
Amazambane kanye ne-celery Mash:
- 500 g amazambane
- 500 g I-Celeriac isha
- 200 ml Ubisi
- 2 tbsp Ibhotela
- 2 tbsp I-cherry pepper emnandi
- 2 tbsp I-nutmeg entsha egayiwe
- 2 tbsp I-garlic pepper
- 1 tbsp Amafutha akhishwa

Isisu esibuhlungu:
- Gcwalisa epanini elikhulu ngamanzi bese wengeza wonke amakhambi angenhla, amakhambi nosawoti. Hlanza futhi ucishe u-anyanisi o-1 kanye ne-clove yegalikhi! Bilisa bese ufaka isisu. Pheka cishe imizuzu engama-45!
Setha ihhavini u-grill ngaphezulu!
- Khipha isisu ku-brew futhi ugcine cishe. 200 ml yobisi! Hlanza uqweqwe olusuka esiswini.
- Hlanza bese usika u-anyanisi wesibili bese uwuthosa emafutheni ashisayo embewu ye-rape. Engeza unamathisele utamatisi bese ugazinga kafushane. Gcoba nge-stock bese uthela endishini yokubhaka. Beka isisu phezulu bese u-grill kuhhavini cishe imizuzu engama-30 kuze kube yilapho i-rind isivele futhi, kuye ngokunambitha kwakho, i-crispy ngokwanele!
Amazambane kanye ne-Celery Mash:
- Phakathi naleso sikhathi, ikhasi amazambane nesilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi. Pheka ku-pressure cooker nge-200ml amanzi imizuzu emi-5. Noma emanzini anosawoti mayelana nemizuzu engu-10-15!
- Bese wengeza ibhotela nobisi futhi uhlanganise kahle. Isizini nge-pepper, i-nutmeg ne-garlic pepper!

- Khipha isisu kuhhavini bese ufaka amajusi futhi ngopelepele omncane kagalikhi. Sika uvule isisu futhi uphake ngamazambane agayiwe nesilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi, isoso no-anyanisi ambalwa! 🙂
