Amazambane acubuziwe
- Hlanza futhi uhlukanise amazambane bese upheka emanzini abilayo anosawoti cishe. Imizuzu engu-15-20 kuze kube lula.
- Khipha amanzi, buyisela amazambane epanini + inkathi ngobisi, ibhotela nosawoti & pepper.
- Usebenzisa i-masher yamazambane, gaya kuze kube yilapho kwakheka ukhilimu omuncu.

- Phatha isifuba sedada + somile isikhumba esisesimweni sedayimane ngommese.
- Pheka isifuba sedada epanini elishisayo ohlangothini lwesikhumba cishe imizuzu engu-8, bese uqhubeka uthosa imizuzu engu-6 ngakolunye uhlangothi. Usawoti ezinhlangothini zombili. Khipha isifuba sedada epanini bese uligoqa nge-aluminium foil ukuze lifudumale.

- Manje engeza u-100 ml womhluzi oshisayo + ubilise cishe imizuzu emithathu.
