Izithako
Amaqanda:
- 12 Ucezu amaqanda
I-mustard sauce:
- 4 tbsp Ibhotela
- 4 tbsp Umfula
- 100 g 1 Anyanisi
- 500 ml Ubisi
- 500 ml Water
- 10 g I-cube yesitoko senkomo engu-1
- 3 tbsp Isinaphi esishisayo esimaphakathi
- 1 i-tsp Salt
- 0,5 i-tsp Upelepele
- 1 i-tsp Sugar
- 2 ama-splashes anamandla Ijusi kalamula
- 100 ml Cream
I-broccoli:
- 520 g/kuhlanzwe cishe 2 i-broccoli
- 2 i-tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Ibhotela
- 2 izimpintshi ezinkulu Usawoti wasolwandle omahhadlazelayo ophuma emshinini wokugaya
Amathathu:
- 1500 g Amazambane (ama-triplets)
- 2 i-tsp Salt
- 1 i-tsp I-Ground turmeric
Khonza:
- 6 utamatisi quarters ukuhlobisa
Imiyalelo
Amaqanda:
- Ubilise amaqanda (izingcezu eziyi-12) aze abe nengcina, uwacime futhi uwacwebe.
I-mustard sauce:
- Hlanza u-anyanisi bese uwunquma kahle, gazinga ama-cubes anyanisi ngebhotela (izipuni ezimbili) epanini eliphezulu kuze kube kukhanya. Gcoba ufulawa (2 tbsp) phezu kwayo futhi uyivumele ijuluke. Deglaze / uthele ngamanzi (2 ml) nobisi 500 ml). Engeza i-stock cube (500 g) futhi ulethe emathunjini, uvuselela njalo. Isizini ngosawoti (isipuni esingu-10), upelepele (½ ithisipuni) noshukela (ithisipuni elingu-1). Ekugcineni goqa / engeza lwesinaphi (1 tbsp), ukhilimu (3 ml) namaqanda abilisiwe.
Amathathu:
- Hlanza futhi ugeze ama-triplets (amazambane amancane, ama-waxy), agaywe ngamanzi anosawoti (amathisipuni amabili kasawoti) ne-turmeric (ithisipuni 2), pheka imizuzu engaba ngu-1 futhi ukhiphe.
I-broccoli:
- Clean the broccoli, cook in salted water (2 teaspoons of salt) for about 7 – 8 minutes, return to the hot saucepan and toss with butter (2 tablespoons) and coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches).
Khonza:
- Khonza amaqanda ku-mustard sauce, i-broccoli kanye nama-triplets, ngalinye lihlotshiswe ngekota katamatisi.
