Inyama yenkomo ethosiwe nemifino ene-oyster sauce:
- 300 g I-Steak hip
- 1 tbsp Isoso lososo
- 1 tbsp Sherry
- 2 i-tsp Amafutha kaSesame

- 4 tbsp Amafutha e-Peanut
- 100 g 1 Anyanisi
- 100 g 1 isanqante
- 100 g 1/2 pepper obomvu
- 6 tbsp I-Oyster sauce
- 2 izimpintshi ezinkulu Usawoti wasolwandle omahhadlazelayo ophuma emshinini wokugaya
- 2 izimpintshi ezinkulu Upelepele onemibala ophuma egayweni
Irayisi ye-basmati ephuzi:
- 150 g I-Basmati irayisi
- 350 ml Water
- 0,5 i-tsp Salt
- 1 i-tsp I-Ground turmeric
Khonza:
- 2 Ucezu Anyanisi wasentwasahlobo

Inyama yenkomo ethosiwe nemifino nge-oyster sauce
- Hlanza / hlubula inyama yenkomo, geza, womise ngephepha lasekhishini, usike izingcezu bese ube yimicu. Hlanganisa amapheshana enyama yenkomo nesoso yesoya (i-tbsp engu-1), i-sherry (i-tbsp engu-1), uwoyela wesesame (amathisipuni amabili) kanye nesitashi se-tapioca (amathisipuni amabili) bese ushiya uku-marinate cishe ihora elingu-½.
