- 2 i-tsp Ijusi kalamula
- 1 tbsp I-Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Ingxube ye-herbal yase-Italy, eqandisiwe
Imiyalelo
- Sika i-chicken breast fillet ibe yimichilo. Hlanza futhi usike kahle i-shallot. Hlanza futhi usike izaqathe.
- Shisisa amafutha omnqumo epanini, gazinga i-chicken breast fillet kuyo. Faka i-shallot kanye nezaqathe bese uthosa cishe imizuzu emi-2. Gcoba ngesitoko senkukhu kanye nokhilimu ukuze ubilise. Vumela isivalo sibambe cishe imizuzu engu-15.
- Phakathi naleso sikhathi, ulethe amanzi anosawoti emathunjini bese upheka i-pasta ngokulandela imiyalelo ephaketheni.
- Faka i-ragout yenkukhu ngosawoti kapelepele, upelepele kanye nejusi kalamula. Hlanganisa i-cornstarch namanzi amancane bese uwasebenzisa ukujiyisa isoso. Faka ingxube yemifino. Vumela i-ragout yenkukhu ime ku-hotplate ecishiwe cishe. 3-4 amaminithi.
- Khipha i-tagliatelle futhi ngokushesha uphake kushisa emapuletini ane-ragout yenkukhu.
- Isaladi likatamatisi linambitheka kahle nalo.
