- 2 tbsp I-Creme fraiche Ushizi
- 2 tbsp Isinaphi
- 4 tbsp Amakhambi aqoshiwe

- Phatha izibopho ze-pikeperch zomile futhi ubeke epanini nebhotela. I-dill iyasikwa futhi ifafazwe phezu kwayo. Gcoba ibhotela le-dill imizuzu engaphansi kwemihlanu (ungathosi kancane). Isizini ngosawoti kalamula. Sika imicu emincane ye-salmon bese uyigoqa ukusuka phansi ukuya phezulu. Bese usetha futhi wenze ama roses amancane.
I-apula ne-horseradish cream
