I-fillet ye-Matjes:
- 250 g i-matjes fillet:
- 50 g 1 kleine Zwiebel
Amazambane athosiwe:
- 400 g Amaqanda amathathu / ibhantshi amazambane / ehlutshiwe
- 1 tsp Usawoti
- 1 tsp I-Ground turmeric
- 1 tsp Imbewu ye-caraway ephelele
- 75 g 1 rote Zwiebel
- 3 tbsp amafutha we-sunflower
- Izincezu ezinkulu ezi-3 Usawoti wasolwandle oqinile osuka emshinini
- 3 amapunitshi amakhulu Upelepele onemibala ophuma emshinini
- 1 tsp Imbewu ye-caraway ephelele
Isaladi ye-beetroot:
- I-200 g ye-beetroot ephekiwe
- Izincezu ezinkulu ezi-2 Usawoti wasolwandle oqinile osuka emshinini
- 2 amapunitshi amakhulu Upelepele onemibala ophuma emshinini
- 1 tbsp Ukhilimu omuncu oqinile
- 1 ingcosana enkulu Ingcosana kashukela
Khonza:
- 2 Blattstücke vom Chinakohl
- 2 tbsp Imayonnaise
- 2 Blättchen Maggikraut

- Hlanza u-anyanisi, uwunqume ube yizicucu bese uwuhlanganisa ube amasongo.
Amazambane athosiwe:
- Ngamazambane athosiwe, ngipheke ama-triplets ngayizolo. Geza amaqatha amathathu bese upheka emanzini anosawoti (ithisipuni elilodwa likasawoti) ne-ground turmeric (ithisipuni elilodwa) kanye ne-caraway yonke (ithisipuni elilodwa) cishe imizuzu engama-1, khipha futhi ukhiphe. Faka efrijini ubusuku bonke. Sika ama-triplets aphekiwe abe yizicucu. Hlanza u-anyanisi obomvu bese uhlukanisa ube yimichilo.
