Ama-noodle ama-Mie anenyama yenkomo nemifino ku-wok:
- 1 tbsp imifino
- 4 tbsp I-Oyster sauce

- 2 izimpintshi ezinkulu Usawoti wasolwandle omahhadlazelayo ophuma emshinini wokugaya

Imiyalelo
Mina noodles:

Hlanganisa amapheshana enyama yenkomo nesoso yesoya emnyama (i-tbsp engu-1), i-soy sauce emnandi (i-1 tbsp), i-sherry (i-tbsp engu-1) ne-tapioca isitashi (isipuni esingu-1) bese ushiya ukugoqa cishe ihora elingu-½. Shisisa amafutha e-peanut (2 tbsp) ku-wok, engeza amapheshana enyama yenkomo futhi gazinga / gazinga cishe. 5 - 6 amaminithi bese ususa futhi.
Imifino:

- Faka i-oyster sauce (4 tbsp) ku-wok bese ulethe ekubileni. Engeza / hlanganisa imifino ethosiwe kanye nemicu yenkomo ethosiwe. Isizini ngosawoti omahhadla olwandle osuka emshinini (amaphinifa amakhulu angu-2) nopelepele onemibala ophuma egayweni (amaphinki amakhulu amabili), gubungula kancane bese wengeza / usonga ama-noodle akwa-Mie.
